Our roof started leaking as soon as the atmospheric river hit - a small bubble on the ceiling turned into an active drip through the ceiling. I called a few roofers I've worked with in the past just hoping someone could come out and tarp to get us through the next couple weeks of rain. But being New Year's Eve and a Saturday afternoon, I got a lot of no's until I called Pablo Restoration Roofing. They were willing to come out the same day, they did a thorough check of the roof, found the likely source of the leak and came out ON NEW YEAR'S DAY to repair and do some much-needed maintenance. They used high quality materials, explained all their methods and took detailed pictures so we could see everything clearly (before and after). Now, instead of a tarp I have new flanges on the vent pipes, clean gutters and some confidence that we won't have any more surprises this rainy season. The rate was reasonable, as well -- no emergency pricing.

Pablo came by recently to inspect a roof leak recently and was extremely helpful. He went on the roof and spent almost 30 mins to inspect the issue. Pablo and his crew were excellent. Pablo took his time to thoroughly figure out and fix our water intrusion issues. They sealed a number of our windows and fixed cracks in the stucco wall. They removed our flat roof that was previously shoddily installed and replaced it with a new roof with insulation and correctly installed flashing. He was very professional, detailed, kind, friendly, and explained what he was doing throughout the whole process. Pricing was very fair for the top notch quality work that was completed.
